Unlike many of the other ‘real estate’ companies operating in Crete, Cretan Life does not act as agents for anyone. We physically own all of the land and old houses ourselves.

Secondly all of the land and old houses that we own are legal. Every plot that we buy has been put through stringent legal checks meaning that it all comes with full clean title, is free of any boundary disputes and has no mortgage or charge held on it. A client purchasing land of us can thus be sure that the land is legal, however we will insist that a client has the plots checked again by an independent solicitor to verify our claims.

Finally all the land we own can be physically built on. All our land is subject to a full topographic survey by an accredited engineer.
